Privacy notice

This notice explains how information is processed when you visit accountants-in-manchester.co.uk or submit an enquiry to Accountants Manchester.

Information submitted through the form

The enquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Enquiry information is used to understand your request, handle it internally and maintain related email correspondence.

Keep your message to a short description of the work. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records, confidential client files or full financial statements through this general form.

How enquiries are processed

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and proxies form requests to the form service hosted on Google Cloud. SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email to the existing private recipient. Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling, and Google Workspace handles email correspondence.

Website delivery and technical processing

Cloudflare also processes information associated with delivering and protecting customer websites. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes information that may include IP addresses, traffic routing, system configuration information and other traffic data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured at the hosting level for accountants-in-manchester.co.uk, with automatic installation enabled. This existing configuration is separate from additional scripts in the website template. No analytics scripts have been added to the website’s template code.

Cloudflare explains the separate configuration options in its Web Analytics documentation (developers.cloudflare.com). The template adds no advertising or marketing-cookie scripts, and fonts are served from self-hosted files.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable conditions, you may have rights to information about processing, a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction. A right to object depends on the basis for processing. The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK authority for information rights, explains these conditions in its data protection rights guidance (ico.org.uk).

Use our contact form for privacy questions or rights requests. Include enough information to identify the enquiry concerned, without submitting sensitive documents.
